U Kanalky

This is a first post of a series about what flats or houses you can buy or rent in Prague. I start with the flat that is similar to that I live in for now. It's about five minutes of walk from my flat. It's 3 plus kitchen, I've got 2 plus 1 plus kitchen. I've got about 70 meters. Flat at U Kanalky has also about 70 meters. 70 meters of terraces :) Whole flat has 340 meters. As I said, it's similar. But only from some views :) And of course, this flat has some other little things: 2 bathrooms, panoramic view, hi-tech kitchen, garage, etc, etc.











You can rent it for 10 000 US dollars for a month.
Or you can buy it, price: 2 millions.
